Nancy Schillerstrom

The Schillerstrom Family 1996

As of 1999, four generations of Schillerstroms have lived in Naperville. Glen and Nancy Schillerstrom moved here in 1959. They raised 6 children, all who still live in Naperville or the area with their families. Those children are: David who married Marty in 1983. They have 3 children; Kevin (1985), Erik (1988), Corey (1990); Bob who married Mary in 1984. They have 3 children; Robert Connor (1985) Glen curtis II (1987) Katharine (1989); Bill who married Vickie in 1983. They were divorced in 1993 and had 2 children; Brittany (1985) and Nathan (1988). Bill married Chari in 1994. Chari had 2 children by a previous marriage; will (1986) and Vanessa (1987). They have one child together Emily (1994); Martha who married Jim Nilles in 1989. They have 3 children; Cassidy (1990) Callan (1993) Kelsey (1995); John who married Stacey in 1988. They have 3 children; Noa and Nicole (1993) and Tessa (1997); Curtis married Angela in 1993. They have 2 children, Megan (1995) and Alex (1997);

Glen's mother, Ethel Schillerstrom moved to Naperville in 1977. She died in Naperville in 1985. Glen died in Naperville in 1987.

In 1971 Glen formed the accounting firm of Schillerstrom and Sowa, Ltd. which was changed to Schillerstrom & Kabza, Ltd. in 1979. Glen sold the business to his partner, Kerry Kabza in 1985. After Glen's death, the firm was sold to American Express Tax & Business accounting which still operates in Naperville. Glen also formed the Law Offices of Glen C. Schillerstrom, Ltd. in 1962. He incorporated that business in 1976 and changed the name to Schillerstrom & Cresto, Ltd. in 1984. Bob joined the firm in 1976. In 1995 the name was changed to the Law Office of Robert J. Schillerstrom, Ltd. which still operates in Naperville. Additionally, Bob serves as Chairman of the DuPage County Board.

In 1986 Glen & Bill formed Brittany Homes, Inc. John & Bill worked there together until 1995 when John left and formed Schillerstrom Homes, Inc. in 1995. Curtis formed C.T. Schillerstrom Construction, Inc. in 1996. All are currently active in Naperville and the area.
