Dirk Fransen, a carillon engineer from The Netherlands, adjusts the instruments in the tower of the Millennium Carillon in Naperville on June 9. The adjustments to the carillon are completed once a year, and this year's work was done just days before the start of the 68th Congress of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America, which is being held this week in Naperville.
